Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Nach einer kurzen Begrüßung folgte eine Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden einige Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf gestellt sowie zu meiner Motivation für die Stelle. Anschließend gab es ein kurzes Fallbeispiel bzw. eine kleine fachliche Aufgabe. Zum Schluss konnte ich eigene Fragen stellen. Insgesamt dauerte das Gespräch ca. 45 Minuten. Der Prozess war transparent und professionell.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
