Interview
The initial round was a prerecorded video interview on HireVue. This was mainly generic behavioral questions. If you pass this round, you are selected for a Zoom interview with a panel. I spoke with two people from different locations that were interested in taking on interns. From the internet, I thought this would be more behavioral questions but I received some technical questions as well.

Interview
First it was a HireVue Interview. Then there was a panel Interview with two other members of the team. They asked me basic behavioral questions and asked me about my knowledge of the clinical trial process.
