The interview was okay until the final round. The Director was really intense and asked grilling questions regarding the first 90 days on the job. When he wasn't happy with my answer, I asked what he would expect from a first 90 days on the job implementation plan, to which he responded, "I don't answer my own questions in interviews." Overall, it was a really toxic vibe.

Fair and transparent process. Insightful questions to allow the candidate in expressing way of thinking even if you didn’t do the actual work. The interviewer listened carefully to my answers and chased questions and asked for examples.
