It was hard and they didn’t tell me anything for 6 months. Then they sent an email saying I didn’t qualify randomly. Cool company though and very interesting material and research.

My experience working there was excellent on some days. I worked as a customer service representative, where my main responsibility was to address customer complaints and handle incoming calls. Every day presented unique challenges, but I found great satisfaction in being able to help customers resolve their issues and leave them feeling valued and understood. Being able to turn a challenging conversation into a positive customer experience was incredibly rewarding, and it taught me a lot about patience, empathy, and problem-solving. Overall, I gained valuable skills and experiences during my time in this role, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have made a positive impact on our customers' experiences.
