They first invite you to do a Hirevue interview, which is a video interviewing platform that helps hiring managers and recruiters screen and interview candidates online. You are given one question at a time, and have to record yourself answering the question. You get one do-over for each question. The recruiter's invite e-mail expired the day after I received it, prohibiting me from creating a Hirevue account and completing the interview, but fortunately he responded after a few days and refreshed it. I can understand the utility of such a platform, but it does feel a bit dehumanizing that they are not willing to spend time doing an actual interview with you. After that I was invited to a remote panel video interview with four employees. Three of the interviewing employees were in Raynham, and the fourth was in the UK. I thought I did a great job in all of the interviews, but I never heard back after sending thank you e-mails, nor after following up a few weeks later. After following up with the recruiter a third time, he finally responded, but with a response that didn't make sense. I am very surprised they just ghosted me, and that I had to continuously follow up to just to find out they were going with a different candidate.
