I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2013
Interview
went in they asked a few basic questions. They also did a crazy background check and made sure I didnt do drugs so i had a urine test. I ended up passing so i got the job. other than that it was a breeze. I did however have to make money elsewhere so it worked out.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
