I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Raritan, NJ) in Oct 2015
Interview
The worst interview process in the world. They don't ask any questions in relation to the job. They treat all prospective candidates like a body. All the recruiters I had contact with could not speak English. They don't value good skills

Interview
Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
