I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Good interview process, very responsive, after a lull of a few weeks. It seems that they do move quickly once motivated. Interesting to see their new global focus, with an Amercian CEO. Should be interesting to see their progress.

Interview
I had a positive interview experience at Johnson & Johnson, where the process was well-organized, the interviewers were welcoming and professional, and the discussions highlighted their commitment to innovation, collaboration, and personal growth, creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.
One on one interviews with Recruiter followed by hiring manager, head of Human Resources, and 3-4 peers / collaborators of the position. Each interview about 30 minutes in duration. Fairly streamlined process.
