Interview
Very straight forward. After a couple of telephone interviews to validate personal information I went in for a personal interview with a staff panel where different functions of the company where represented. Then I went in for another set of interviews with the heads of specific departments that were related to the position being offered.

What did you do to manage the situation when your previous employer decided to shut down the operation and lay off all the personnel?
Overall multiple rounds, average difficulty behavior based questions. Some panel and 1 a 1 interview. All interviews were completed remote via teams and started with HR initial screening interview to discuss interest and comp.

ZThe interview process involved an initial phone screening by HR, followed by a technical interview with the engineering team. The final round consisted of behavioral questions and situational scenarios with senior management.
