      Jan 23, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Met with 2 senior managers. A couple behavioral questions. Asked why I wanted to get into IT, and also asked if I had any agile work experience. The interview was overall easy going. I recommend that everyone just look over their resume and be able to speak on the experiences.

Straightforward behavioral interview questions. It was pretty easy and the interviewers were very easy to talk to. They make you describe background and work experience. It was overall a solid, good experience.

      IT Business Analyst Interview

      May 28, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Panamá
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Panamá) in May 2019

      Interview

The process involved 3 separate interviews. The first one was with HR, I was asked about my experience, studies, strengths and weaknesses. As well as examples about projects I have worked in the past. I was called 3 weeks for the second interview. It involved a business case in which I was asked to work with another applicant for the job, the interviewers were the hiring manager and 2 other members of the team, as well as 2 HR analysts. The interview lasted about 2 hours. We had to figure out an hypothetic case, in which we had to escape a jungle surrounded by cannibals. We worked together and provided a solution as well as the reasons it may or may not work. After that, we were interviewed individually on a real case scenario of the implementation of an ERP solution on the company. After a couple of weeks I was called for a third and final interview, in which the hiring manager discussed the position, the role and responsibility. It was a very personal interview and it lasted about 30 minutes. After 2 weeks I was called by HR and asked my last salary. In this case I was honest about it, a couple of days later I was called for an offer that was a lot more than my last salary, which was a welcoming surprise.
