I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Feb 2010
Interview
It was an interview with two interviewers. The night before they held a information session which allowed us to meet and greet with all the possible interviewers (However, we did not know who would be interviewing us). They were all very nice and fairly laid back. I thought the interview went well, however I was lacking "Leadership." I was called about another co-op roughly 2 weeks later and I will be interviewing for that with JnJ next week.
Obviously in not the best of economic times many companies have been forced to layoff workers, including JnJ. They asked me if I were playing the role of the financial advisor, what decisions would I make to help save the company money.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Applied online. Got an on campus interview. Was tough and very detailed questions proving you did more than surface level research but overall great experience. Both interviewers were incredibly kind. Got the offer 1 week after.
