I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Jan 2010
Interview
I had taken a strong interest in J&J after their presence in University career fairs and their overall admirable reputation. The First Round of the interview was with a senior Finance manager acquired by applying via campus recruiting and J&J's career site. The difficulty level for some questions was above average but overall, very pleasant experience. Emphasis was on behavioral type questions with one technical accounting question. After a strong referral, I was moved onto the second round consisting of 3 successive hour long interviews with senior managers, held in the NB headquarters.
