I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was interviewed by two recent graduates. They did a good job but I don't think they were qualified to do interviews yet. I also never heard from company about my status after the interview, even though I contacted them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked what financial information I would want to know to manufacture a pencil. The question did seemed like a good one, but the interviewers didn't appear to know why it was on their list of questions.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
