Received a phone call that was focused on screening my resume. I then had a phone interview with the JnJ recruiter. Behavior type questions using STAR process. I then met with the district manager and a senior representative for a face to face interview. After passing that step I had a ride along with a local representative. I then flew to Atlanta and for interview with the Regional Sales Manager. I was made an offer on the spot. The whole process took about one month. Questions were skill specific. Very conversational.
