What is it and how did you overcome it? - Why do you want to work for J & J? - Have you tried our products? and which ones specifically? - Who inspires you and why? - Do you prefer working indoors or outdoors - In which sector ( consumer, pharma, medical equip) do you fit most and why - In which products do you like to work with most? - On a scale 1-10 how do you rate yourself on excel
