I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Nov 2011
Interview
The overall process was great you were able to have a true understanding of both the Leadership Programs as well as JnJ.
Initially, interviews were conducted through Career Services and then there was a large scale interview process called the Global Invitational. During the Global Invitational you were able to see the commitment that JnJ has to hiring the right people. You learn about JnJ and they learn about you.
The interview questions were primarily behavioral based questions.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Newark, NJ) in Sep 2023
Interview
Applied online got invited for a hirevue process. Took about five weeks when I got invited for first round interview. It was a group zoom and the breakout rooms were you and two interviewers. I thought it went extremely well, lots of questions about their credo and leadership. A week later I got invited to play an analytic game, extremely strange. Unfortunately I’m assuming my score wasn’t high enough to pass to the next stage! Overall long but okay process!
