I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (South San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I apply through company's website. The process took about 3+ weeks.
First, I got contacted by a in-house recruiter and scheduled for 30 minutes phone screen. Most the phone screening questions are general interview questions. After that, I got a contacted by a senior recruiter and scheduled for 30 minutes phone screen. The recruiter asked 4-5 behavior-based questions. After that, I got a onsite interview scheduled one week after that.
The onsite interview lasted about 5 hours and I had opportunities to meet with 8-9 person in the department. All the interviewers are very nice and friendly. I had good experience meeting with them.
The interview were very intense and I would advice to prepare a lot good answers for tough interview questions. They also asked a lot behavior-base interview questions.
