The first part of the interview process was an online interview where you would record your voice based on a series of questions. Each question permitted a two-minute answer. There were opportunities to re answer for some of the questions

Virtual interview with random questions and you have to record a video of yourself answering them. The tech was not good, it was lagging and the video would disappear after it had been recorded so you end up re-recording yourself saying the same thing again
