I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2016
Interview
There were mainly behavioral questions nothing too bad. It seemed to be more of things that happened within your past and I guarantee you should remember your experiences. They ask a lot about leadership and how you would be able to get around certain situations. It wasn't as bad as I thought, you just need to be yourself and be truthful that's all.

I also got a chance to ask them questions. They also asked one open ended question about my decision making skill.

Interview
Hirevue assessment, so it was you recording your answers to questions. The questions were asked in a video format. There were 3 questions, and a personality assessment after. But it took a very long time after the assessment before hearing back. Have not gotten an official rejection, but 1 month later even after following up and not getting emailed back, I'm assuming it is a no.
