The process was an online application (no referral), HR screening, and then interview with the direct manager and another designer on the team. I was asked fairly standard interview questions, did a walk through of my portfolio, and had the opportunity to ask questions, as well as the type of work I would prefer to do if given the opportunity.

I did a video call for this interview. I was assessed by two members of their team, I was asked to talk through my portfolio however time was limited to 30 minutes so I chose to talk through 2 projects. Then then asked me some questions based on the portfolio content.
