Overall, it was a very pleasant interview experience. The process included a relaxed phone interview, followed by two technical interviews, and finally, a behavioral/competency interview. The interviewers were friendly, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's operations.

A telephone interview focused on competency and questions. This was followed by an online assessment centre, which has two technical exercises. Lastly there was an in person assessment day in their Stockton Office.
