Standard introduction call with HR to understand the needs of the organization and overall, semi casual conversation. Was informed that the secondary update would happen fairly quickly.
Met with both the CTO & DIO (Director of Infrastructure), Meeting was directly solely by the DIO where it landed more of a discovery call more than learning anything grand about the role; it's my understanding that the interview process leading up to this point failed to live up to what they were looking for as they were wanting something of a tier 2 helpdesk agent that would essentially grow into a leadership where the original job listing was looking for something of a seasoned leader to manage their helpdesk team.
All and all, the interview was OK but felt as if I didn't really was able to grasp much other than they were really looking for folks who had similar background to their (Very MSP Based) and someone very junior which seemed to be a contradiction to their original listing.
