Interview
Phone discuss with HR department for basic background. If manager is interested, HR will phone call again and email info interview details. Directly interview with production manager in HK. During interview, English and mandarin are used. And if, your performance is accepted, HR will get back you soon and need to provide document for salary review
The first as a presentation and the second was an interview about me, my career, my previous jobs, my skills. It was very nice experience and I enjoyed getting to know the people. I prepare ahead of time by developing my own personal branding statement that clearly told who i was, my major strength and the clear benefit that employer would receive. The advantages of this approach are that you'll quickly gain their attention and interest them in knowing more.
