Easy interview through a temp agency called Elwood Staffing (they only hire through the temp service). Basic testing of skills, followed by placement, and a urine test. All questions are common sense and basic high school knowledge... no technical questions are involved, but they use this to figure out what line and machine to put you on in the warehouse.
