I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Bengaluru) in Mar 2022
Interview
There were three stages of the interview
1. Online test consisting of mcqs from the branch I was (ECE).
2. Technical Interview -1
3. Technical Interview -2
As this is a core ece and mechanical company, having good knowledge on your core subjects will help you clear all these stages .
Most probably, the company selects only one candidate from each department of a college (ECE, EEE, MECH)
Unfortunately I wasn't able to clear the final round .
But the experience was worthwhile and helped me in preparing better for other companies
