Interview process started with 30 minute informal interview via phone. Was passed onto hiring manager and helper for a 45 minute phone interview. Questions were mostly casual and directly related to job needs rather than behavioral.

applied online, received an email from recruiter to set up a phone call with hiring manager. It was really easy going and took about 40 minutes. Questions asked were general behavior interview questions with past experience regarding RCCA, continuous improvement and how did i solve an issue with STAR method.
