I first set up an interview with the HR person, even though she put EST, she screwed up and there was misunderstanding resulting in me missing the first phone interview making me look bad and also requiring more time to reschedule. After the initial interview was completed I was told they were interested in me and wanted to set up an on site interview. Again, the HR person was completely incompetent, I had emailed her my availability for the phone interview for the next two months (which hadn't changed of course) and she completely disregarded that email and asked me to confirm a time for which I was not available. I received no response after three voicemails and two emails, to two different people trying to reach out to reschedule (and as a professional courtesy so nobody was expecting me at this time when I was unavailable). I decided to contact the recruiter who introduced me to the job initially. The recruiter informed me the position had been filled and I still have yet to hear back from them at all, not so much as a sorry to have missed your call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
