Then I received a voice message from another Johnson Controls recruiter, the area code was Massachusetts, the first recruiter was from Ohio. I tried the self-schedule link again and it still didn't work. I called the first recruiter and this time the recruiter picked up the phone and I scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview questions were very basic background questions. 5 days later, I received an email informing me that I'll not be considered in the next hiring step. The recruiter's area codes looks phony, is Johnson controls hiring freelance recruiter?
