Got a call from a recruiter the day after applying, had a super great conversation and felt really good about next steps. Went through a zoom screen with two people about 2-3 days later. Challenging questions but overall good experience and felt good about it. Was told I’d hear back in 24-48 hours. Waited 10 days, sent a follow up email to the initial recruiter, never heard back. Ghosted.
