I interview with only one group. The interview lasted about two hours and split into four 30 minute sessions. In total, I talked with 8 different engineers. Two engineers per 30 min.

You can expect to be asked all sorts of questions. Some will be technical design questions or hypothetical. Others are pretty standard such as "why do you want to work at APL?"
