Leo is shopping in menswear. He has been invited to a mix of casual and formal parties, including one with his new colleagues. He is unsure how to dress. How would you advise him?
Applied online, passed personality quiz first. Then had a group interview on a table with 4 other candidates, where we were given 10 minutes to answer 5 situational questions. Then we had an individual interview with further situational questions and one about past experience.

Simple, group assessment. We got given a sheet with four different scenarios and discussed our approaches in groups of four. We then shared our ideas with the rest of the group.
