No real interview process, its about who you know and getting recommended by current employees. Also helps to come in and talk to the owner and submitting a resume. There is no formal application process here, it is really about who you know and if you have what it takes.

availability? It was more about meeting in person and the owner getting a feel for who you are, how you present yourself, if you are a fun yet responsible person to be around, and what type of experience you may have.
