2 phone screens, 2 on-site interviews , offer made in person was a nice touch. Not sure the right ppl made the decision though.met the company president who admitted it wasn't his decision and was more interested in ND football

Interview
I began with phone interview and then traveled to the NY/NJ offices for in-person interviews. Overall I participated in 6 interviews. In some cases, especially with other editors, the questions were relatively easy. When I interviewed with members of the sales team they asked much harder questions.
