1. Call with Talent Recruiter. Very informal and conversation about my experience and skills.
2. Email exchange direct with Talent Recruiter with some scenario questions of how I have / would tackle a Product problem.
3. Skype call with Line Manager, again very conversational. It felt like the guys wanted to understand me as a person.
4. Face to Face interview with Line Manager and team member. Then a presentation to the whole team on an unprepared task. 20 mins to prep. 10 mins to present.
