Interview
The interview process was great. Had a meeting with the executive vice president of sales, then the vp of sales. Had me talk to some current sales executive who gave me a day in the life. Had a phone screen with the CEO. All were very friendly and knowledgeable about the organization. Asked me about my background and experiences and allowed me to ask questions about themselves and the organization.

Interview
Round 1: Phone screen with hiring manager, about half and half me/the company.
Round 2: Half-day 1:1 interview with 3 execs. including a call to action to supply a training strategy
Round 3: contingent offer pending reference and background checks
Round 4: offer acceptance
