The process consisted of two interviews with each of the founders and took 2 weeks from applying to receiving final feedback. Interviews consisted of a few get-to-know questions as well as some more behavioural questions. Three questions about the product/company were given to me before and were then discussed in the first interview. All in all a very smooth and fast process!

The interview was short, on point, and was forethought on the framework and topics to be covered in the discussion. we started with an introduction of each other and a small overview of Jobreel and then went on to discuss two pre-decided questions. We discussed how I fit the role responsibilities and how we could mutually benefit from this. In the end, we also discussed my plans with Jobreel in the future or the tenure.
