The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Job Duck (Mérida, Yucatán) in Feb 2023
Interview
It is a very long process, it can take months. The first steps are easy an it’s more about seeing if you have a high English level, your experience, etc. Then comes the training, it lasts a week (payed) and if you pass you’ll get the chance to sign a contract. Here is when it gets a bit shady, they do NOT guarantee you a position and you can’t break the contract unless they do it first or you pay about $500 usd. So basically you can get with a client really fast and start working right away or maybe you are unlucky and you don’t get a client in months, anyway you can’t work for any other company in the meantime.

Question 1
Experience, English level, skills, performance during past jobs
They seem like a good institution, I just wish they followed up after the interview to let you know that you were unsuccessful, rather than the silence.
I am grateful for the opportunity, though.

Question 1
The team of the panel or their clients had asked questions about Workload capabilities, English proficiency, and questions to that effect.
The interview was about 5 weeks in total. The last week being an intensive training that you must pass. After I was accepted and received the certificate for the training I heard nothing, just spam asking me to apply
