Interview
The first stage was easy, I just sent an essay, and my CV and completed an English test. Then they scheduled the first interview and the same day they contacted me saying I had made it to the next step. The interviewer was really kind and explained the whole process, she spoke clearly so it was easy to understand. Most of the questions were about past experiences and background, some others were about my expectations in terms of career and salary. It is important to mention that this interview is recorded and is supposed to be sent to the company you will apply to later. I'm still in the process since it is very long.

Tell me about a mistake or situation you had in your past job and how did you managed it. Some achievement you're proud of. Why do you want to work with the company? Salary expectations.
Te hacen un procedimiento previo en el cual Tenes que responder varias preguntas tales como contar algunas situaciones en trabajos anteriores en los que resolviste algo de una forma. Después si pasas eso te convocan para una entrevista. Todo en inglés

Las preguntas son fueron muy básicas. Fue hablar de mi CV y responder a una pregunta que era que sentía que me había dado el trabajo, como, el mayor logro.
First they ask you to complete a questionnaire and a psychological test, then you have to answer to a few question by recording a short video. After that you have to wait for them to send you an answer
