It wasn’t impossible to complete but some questions were interesting, unique and even tricky. They ask about knowledge and experience with adobe suite and other programs. I thought I wouldnt be contacted after but I was.

Several stages and they can go quiet for a while and expect you ready for the next interview in a short space of time. Other than that they are supportive and offer a relaxed atmosphere.
