I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jhpiego (Gambia) in Nov 2024
Interview
Consisted of 3 stages; HR screening, Technical Assessment (case study and definitions/ explanations), and Interview.
The HR screening interview was very brief as they looked at if the participant matches what’s requested from the advertised JD.
The technical test was detailed and they requested for definition of terms, certain comparisons of terms, and a given case study with epidemiological calculations.
The interview was done online with a panel of 3 people, of which one was the chief of party, another the senior technical advisor for the project, and the 3rd individual being the M&E lead for west Africa. All questions were based on the skills required for the role, with certain questions being either scenario- or technical-based
