I applied online. I interviewed at Jetty in Jan 2026
Interview
They got back to me over a month after I had applied. There was no HR interview. The chief data officer (CDO) directly contacted me and wanted to speak to me. So, I setup some time to speak to him. The first two-thirds of the interview was fine, where I explained what I have been doing in the past and he talked about his work experience. And then he started to ask very basic questions that felt like they were given to him by someone. He stated an acronym, asked me to provide the definition of it and explain why it was important in the database sphere. I, fully knowing its definition and its importance, stated that I did not know what each letters of the acronym stood for and asked him if he can at least tell me what each letter stand for. After all, the interview ought to be both ways. Well, he was not able to tell me what each letter of the acronym that he himself provided stood for. In other words, he was quizzing me and asking me a question about a concept that he did not fully know himself. I cut the interview there and then, and wished him good luck. ... I later on checked his credentials and found out that he does not even have a bachelor's degree in computer science, but his bachelor's degree is from an Ivy League school. I do not think this person was made the chief data officer because he knows anything about data, but just because he is from an Ivy League school.

Jetty’s interview process typically starts with a phone screen, followed by interviews with two or more supervisors, then a group interview, and concludes with a final HR interview. Process is fairly thorough
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jetty (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023

Their interview process in lengthy. You go through a couple single interviews with at least 2 supervisors. Then, you join a group interview with at least 3-4 different supervisors in 10-20 min segments. The final interview is with the person in HR. There questions are very fast spoken and they ask multiple questions in one sitting each time a new person is in front of you. They want a precise answer to 3-5 questions that they ask in one breath. The interview style will cause confusion with how you may want to respond. I used the STAR method and it still did not help.
