Initial interview process was smooth and quick. After two weeks of interviewing, the recruiter discussed salary and next steps for scheduling final interview. In the next week, they did not reach out to me about the next steps. As a result, I send a few follow up emails in the span of a week or two. There were still no responses which led to an infinite ghosting period. I would have appreciated if he let me know what happened or even sent a direct rejection after giving false hope.
