Interview
Brief phone interview then asked to come in for an in person interview. I felt that the interview went very well but I got the email saying I wasn't chosen before I even got home from the interview. The recruiter has an interesting personality. He spoke very softly and has an accent so was difficult to understand at times. He was new agey for lack of a better term. Talked more about culture and touching the lives of the members that called than he did about actual customer service. He did ask me to bring a copy of my resume and I forgot so maybe that was the reason I wasn't chosen. Or maybe I just wasn't his type but I definitely have the qualifications. The company seems really awesome though.

It was really welcoming and friendly. Went in for an interview and then it took about 3 weeks or so to find out if i got the job, and to complete the background check and get offer the job.

I applied in late March, and received an invite to complete an application shortly thereafter. After that, I was then contacted for an Interview. After the interview, I was contacted about an open position within a week or two.

applied through indeed.com and had a phone interview then an in person interview and it took a month for my background check to get approved but then got hired! It was great.
