Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
I applied and then was contacted to do an HR phone screen. After that I completed an online app test and very soon after that I was invited to the Hoboken head quarters to do 3 back to back interviews with "Jet heads". During these interviews I was asked to do a product case analysis, then a case study, and then the last one was all behavioral questions. My interviewers were all very nice and found something to relate to me on which made conversation easy. While the interviews were tough and definitely requires a good amount of studying, overall I had a good experience as the result of nurturing and kind interviewers.

Question 1
Why jet? Explain a time..... What would you do in this situation? How would you make this product page better?
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
