It was a 1 on 1 interview. The president was very kind and understanding, although I was too nervous to speak well . He encouraged and motivated me to build my future career.

Interview
I went in to interview twice with the president of the company. Both times were very professional and informative. He wanted to thoroughly go over the job responsibilities and see if my personality and traits were compatible. The more we spoke, the more excited I became for the opportunity.
