The interview process was really relaxed and they just wanted to know when I could work/how many hours I want to work? Also if I’m good with people and why I would want to work there.
Quick and easy and straight to the point about background work and what I can expect on a daily basis everything seemed great and I look forwarded to joining the team
Incredibly easy, asked little to no questions about past experience. Short staffed location, so it was basically an offer discussion more than an interview. You should ask about daily bread count and number of staff working lunch hours
Friendly, straight forward. Basic questioning and ample opportunity to ask questions. Basic work history, skills and areas you would like to improve in. Overall pleasant welcoming experience. No pressure to commit.
