I interviewed for the senior recruiter role at Jerry and even though I didn't get an offer, this has been the most well-run interview process I've seen to date. The transparency and clarity from the hiring manager, the well thought out interviews (storytelling initial interview, behavioral round with a stakeholder, live case study to vet actual skills, and last meeting with a cofounder), and even the small details (e.g. intros to next interviewer and clear context for what to expect) go a long way and make for an exceptional first impression. The director also went out of her way to share really detailed feedback on why they decided not to move forward with me (made it to case study), which is rare these days. It's impressive to see this level of meticulousness in an interview process. Kudos to the Jerry team. More companies should treat their hiring process with this level of thoughtfulness and care.
