I was told to show up and bring 3 copies of my resume. What I *wasn’t* told was that it would be a group interview, and that I would be facing off against 12 other candidates. I’m not opposed to group interviews, but I, like most people, would like some warning in advance. What I found most distasteful about the group interview was the ‘reality show’ vibe. Every candidate was asked to pick another candidate in the room who we thought should receive the job. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and it’s very unlikely I would have accepted the job in the first place.
