Two HR calls discussing a mixture of basic competency, motivational and behavioural questions. Not too technical, mostly focused on curiosity. Ensure you know your CV well, as they like to know specifics
Application, followed by Online Assessment. After that, 30 minute video interview with an associate, followed by 10 minute video interview with member from HR. First interview focused on technicals, second was purely motivational.
Zoom Call - very relaxed, they were very interested in learning about you as a person not just achievements on paper which was nice, as well as what you knew of the division you were applying to
