There HR will call you; ask you basic introduction and will ask you to come for an interview F2F.
Then they will judge on your previous experience, no matter how good you are; they will refrain their thoughts of having a bad exp in your previous organization. I have never been rejected for a BD profile.Its not that I can't face rejection, but the interviewer need to understand that they should stop being stubborn and listen to what a candidate is saying.

It was a college interview. There are three rounds . Group discussion, hr round, final interview. The process for the interview was scheduled by the college. First round was group discussion in second round they ask generally about yourself and in the final round questions related to sales are asked.

It has total 3 rounds, i applied for sales position. 1st round was telephone interview. it had generic questions. they are tell about your self and the call lasted for 5 minutes.

The first round was a fiery group discussion. Further two rounds involved some standard questions involving sales pitches. I was asked impromptu, to sell excess sugar containing sweets to a diabetic patient, in particular. Other questions were posed to determine personality.
